I do not like the idea of one individual thinking that he the \"messiah\" of Nigeria and the Nigerian people. With due respect, I\'d advise the proponents of the \"third term madness\" to let others take a shut. No doubt, this administration has tried. They have done so much already. They have done so well too(and of course, as normal to human systems, they have their own short falls), but let them allow others to show what they are able to offer too.

Monopoly! monopoly!!....Tu..tu..tu...tufiakwa!!!

For those of you who think that if Obj leaves office that Nigeria will colapse, let me ask you; \"what if the president goes the way of all the earth, what will happen?\" I do not wish any man death, I am just using a hypothetical situation, which of course, is not far from reality. Lets give peace a chance. If the president thinks that he has done so well, then he won\'t be afraid to hand over the mantle. he will proud to let others continue from where he is stopping. Don\'t tell me the democracy is new! and so what? Christianity was new too. But Jesus had to leave after \'three-quarters a tenure\', and christianity is still waxing strong for over two thousand years with over two billion membership. Who told you that one man is indispensible in the scheme of life? \'Soldier go, soldier come\'. I have read so many comments from sychophants. They rattle and chant about the advanced democracies of the world. they talk about America and britain. then they said, we should not compare our nacent democracy with theirs. they said the \'advanced democracies\' had their own turbulents. In these i completely agree with them. I am in absolute agreement. But before we \'share the Grace\'; tell me about South Africa and Nelson Mandella. Who, in the whole wide world, did for South Africa and indeed the whole Africa as much as Nelson Mandella. He was the first black South African President. And he served for just a tenure. Presently, he is ranked as the number-one man in Africa by the \'world watchers\'. What we are suffering from in Nigeria is \'intergenerational sychophancy\'. Give me a break! Lets say things didn\'t work their way (the way of the perpertuation advocates), they will be the same people who will come out to confess to us as they did in the days of Abacha. Shameless individuals they are! They are only seeking for their bellies, thats all. I am not even afraid to die anymore. and don\'t even try to kill me. Thank God am already a christian. And to a born-again christian - \"...to live is Christ,...to die is gain. Philippians 1:21\"

We are tired of people who keep closing their minds to the wishes and aspirations of their subjects. a good leader like indira ghandi, should take a look at the country side and feel how their subjects feel...like Abraham lincol, a good leader should revere the supremacy of the law. if they must make constitutional amendments, they should not be the primary beneficiaries. we to have an elder states man like Abdusalami Abubakar. I mean, this man had the chance to extend his stay in power, but he refused to take that chance. this happened in our life time. we all know how this bought him great honour in the comity of nations. i think our problem is that we do not remember history. we do not remember what we said about others when they attempted to do similar things that we are doing. its just a pity.

Mr. Editor, please check my spellings.

I was just getting pissed off and I couldn\'t be patient enough to do that. Nigeria, indeed is not doing badly, but I wish we could do better. why can\'t the country I come from be better than china, the USA and Britain. why can\'t we be like hong kong, korea, japan and germany in technological developments. God gave us great men like Philip Emeagwali, Edward Ndukuba, Wole soyinka et al. so many great nations do not have these kind of people.

\'of making many comments, there is no end, let me stop so far\'.
